Parts & Service Savings
Active members receive 5% off eligible parts and service purchases, helping reduce operating costs across the year.
House Credit
Active members may receive up to $2,500 in Southern Equipment house credit for eligible parts and service purchases. Requests above $2,500 require separate credit approval.
Account Portal
Members can use their customer login to manage orders, invoices, payment methods, addresses, and account details.
Membership Terms
Membership may be canceled only after all outstanding debts to Southern Equipment Co. have been paid in full. Outstanding debts include house-credit balances, unpaid membership fees, unpaid invoices, parts, service, labor, rentals, financing obligations, and any other charges incurred before cancellation.
Cancellation stops future monthly membership charges only after the account is paid in full and cancellation is approved. Southern Equipment Co. may suspend or terminate membership for non-payment, misuse of benefits, fraudulent activity, or violation of the membership agreement. Membership benefits, including discounts and house-credit privileges, end immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise approved by Southern Equipment Co.
